About Us


After Roger Casteel lost his father to cancer in 2002, he was appointed as the Personal Representative of his father’s estate. Without any prior knowledge or experience in the matter he set out to “learn the ropes” which included people taking advantage of him and mistakes that cost him and the estate time and money. This experience was overwhelming at times, even though, he already was very successful as a Realtor.  After his experience of learning what not to do, he set out to research and learn the best way to handle an estate as a Personal Representative and created a team of individuals to help anyone who might be going through the process. With the team and his network, he has created “one stop shop” for all things dealing with probate. His team includes everything from attorneys, clean up companies, estate auction/sales companies, handymen, remodel contractors, real estate investors, (Cash Buyers) and of course his real estate and real estate auction services. He never wants anyone to experience what he went through charting the new waters on their own.


Roger has been in the real estate industry starting in his early 30’s when he purchased his first 4-unit apartment complex which began his venture as a real estate investor. In 1995, he became a Realtor passing the Colorado Broker Owner exam with flying colors. He then went on to open his own real estate company, after being held up by red tape preventing him from doing real estate auctions that allow transparency and competitive bidding for a property. Leveraging technology, the competition expands even further allowing live bidders and internet bidders to compete in real-time. Since starting his own real estate firm, he has held multiple real estate auctions throughout Colorado from industrial buildings, hotels, fix and flip properties, turn-key property and even a self-storage complex. He says, “Auctions are the Fastest Way to Cash that provide the best way for a seller to get true market value for a property. Auctions also greatly reduce the chances a buyer will walk away from a contract and it brings serious buyers to bid up the price helping the seller get top dollar for their property.”


Throughout Roger’s real estate career, he has seen the good times and the bad times in the real estate market and his experience allows him to understand the best negotiation techniques to use in each individual situation.


Roger has worked for top companies including Re/Max, Keller Williams, Home Smart Cherry Creek, Better Homes & Gardens and Home Real Estate. Roger has received numerous certification and awards including top 5% of all agents’ nationwide while working with Re/Max, Top Selling Agent of the Year and many others. Roger never stops learning and continues his real estate and auctioneering education each year. Roger is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Denver Commercial Association of Realtors, National Auctioneers Association and the Colorado Auctioneers Association. In addition, he is also a Realtor, Certified Probate Expert, Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate, and Benefit Auctioneer Specialist.


Roger lives with his wife in Colorado near his grown children. Roger serves weekly at his local church helping on the greeting team and the security team. He enjoys serving his church and is there to help when needed. Currently he serves as Vice President of Kidz Quiltz, a non-profit dedicated to serving the needs of children around the world with a warm quilt. Roger spends his free time out on the lake with his fishing pole and spending time with his kids. He also enjoys going to the local shooting range to get some target practice in. Roger is a Colorado native growing up in the Greeley area and has seen so many changes throughout his lifetime. Roger will always do what is right and never looks to cut corners. He values his integrity and honesty and will always be there to help!
